Behavioral Health Advisory Group is proud of our role in coordinating Arnot Health’s proposal and subsequent award from the New York Office of Mental Health to build and operate Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Programs (CPEP) on the campus of Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY.

The availability of funds for this purpose is consistent with Arnot Health’s mission to maximize the physical and emotional well-being of every individual, and to bridge the gaps in care for anyone experiencing a mental health emergency.
