Richard I. Feldman

Co-Founder and Managing Principal

Richard brings over 30 years of C-Suite experience to healthcare providers seeking strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong financial performance in the behavioral healthcare space.  He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Healthcare Corporation, a hospital CEO, and founder of consulting firms in the United States and Costa Rica.  His expertise in strategic planning, business and organizational development, finance, and leadership training, has helped over 200 hospitals and healthcare systems across the US achieve their community and business goals.

Richard holds an MBA degree from the Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh; an MSW degree from the Graduate School of Social Administration, Temple University; and a BA in International Affairs from The School of Public and International Affairs, The George Washington University.

He speaks at conferences and universities on topics that include healthcare economics, investment opportunities in the behavioral health space, and the value of behavioral health integration.

Deena J. Tampi

Co-Founder and Managing Principal

Ms. Tampi is an accomplished senior healthcare executive with expertise in operations, clinical services, program development, strategic planning, and financial management.  She served as Executive Vice President of Diamond Healthcare Corporation, with responsibility for clinical services and operations.  Additionally, she was accountable for the oversight of owned freestanding psychiatric and addiction treatment pavilions, contract management systems, and the development and implementation of telehealth platforms.  Prior to that, she served as Executive Director, Behavioral Health Services, at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, Hartford, CT.

Ms. Tampi earned her nursing degree from the College of Mount Saint Vincent, New York, and MSN, HCA and MBA degrees from the University of Phoenix.  Among many honors, she was the recipient of the Nightingale Award for Excellence in Nursing Leadership, University of Phoenix Alumni Community Service Award, and Healing Hands Award for Advocacy and Nursing Excellence.

She is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry, a member of its Board, and Chairperson of its Membership Committee.  She served as an Associate Editor of the World Journal of Psychiatry and serves as a reviewer for Annals of Clinical Psychiatry.  She has over 50 evidence-based publications and has co-authored and edited five academic text books.
